Really thick, sturdy and great product. Use it nightly at the moment in my third trimester and it really does help with back pain and discomfort as well as moving baby down. Went for a scan before and they were transverse and been using for 2 weeks went for a growth scan and they are head down now at 32 weeks already quite low!

Bought this to use during pregnancy and it was worth it. Very easy to inflate and keeps full. I am using it now for exercising and still works very well

Good ball, but size up
I would size up if you're anywhere from the middle of the height range or up. I'm 165cm and got the 65cm ball but its a bit small for me. Could do most of the core stuff ok but its too low when sat on it.

It still inflated after a month use
The ball blew up easy and quick following instructions and it still up after a month.

A handy exercise tool
This is exactly as advertised. Large and sturdy enough for all sizes of people. Great for both yoga, or other forms of exercise. I personally am using it to help my ballance, by trying to stand up on it. It has a good friction surface and is very safe. Comes with a handy little pump and spare plugs for the valve. Good item and reasonably priced.

Garbage
The ball didn't last a week, it popped while my 10 year old was using it. So much for 300 kg capacity and anti burst design.
