Probably the worst AC of the universe!
Iโm sharing this review after using the AC for three years. Honestly, it has been the worst AC experience Iโve ever had. The unit came with a one-year warranty, and thankfully I had opted for an additional two-year AMC. Over these three years, the entire maintenance company has visited my house. At one point, a technician even mentioned that the AC might have been assembled with old or previously used parts. Almost every component has failed or required replacement at least once, and the repair costs have nearly doubled the original purchase price. For now, Iโve decided to extend the AMC for another two years so I can keep using it without unexpected expenses. Once that period ends, I plan to sell it for whatever price I can get. Iโll definitely remember the day I bought this ACโit turned out to be quite a memorable experience.

I came to know that the product Supplied was already repaired one
After two years suddenly one day no cooling air, later approached havels/Lloyd service people, After gone through entire indoor and outdoor unit checkup they charged Rs.4100/-. They observed gas leakage and rectified. They also noticed that leakage was happened and rectified at one place, and that was happened before delivered to me. Hence I am requesting the authority to give me a clarity on this and take back the product.
