Does anyone know if the spark plug stocks have magnetic or rubber insert to get the plugs out?

Yes, my set had rubber inserts in the sockets. The ratchets have a locking system too. Best set I've seen for the money.

Does this kit come with the fitting to allow you to use the sockets with an impact driver?

No it dosent come with that, plus I don't think the sockets would put up with that sort of pressure, it is only a mid range kit.

Is this set good for motorbikes?

It's very good this set comes with absoultley anything, and can be used for all different vehicles, I bought this for me and my partner to use for our cars

Yes it does. I think the coupler refers to the extension rod that runs off the wrench. I have found the set very complete and well designed.
