This actually does not have any taste, so it is does not change the flavor of anything. Using it in coffee and it does create an "oil" slick type look on the top of my coffee, you must continually stir as the product does not seem to mix well or stay mixed.

This stuff is great. I've been doing Keto since Aug, 2017 and MCT oil has been a huge part of me being able to drop 56lbs. I have been using the this MCT powder for the last month and its great. Just like any powder you really want to shake up your mix to break things up. Nice that it doesn't have an flavor so whatever you add it too, it's going to taste great.Check it out. Get the benefits of MCT but in powder form. I now prefer the powder vs the actual liquid oil form. I also bought NowKeto's KetoEnergy and their KetoBoost. All of them seem to be great products and well formulated for that person needing bit of help on their keto diet.

It is a great product, healthy and tastes delicious! Does not mix as well as other keto creamer with other added ingredients but the healthy/pure aspect is why I purchased Nowketo brand

Great product. It seriously has no taste, so I have enjoyed it's benefits in Green tea, water and in my BCAAs. Great for keeping me in ketosis if I decided to have an extra egg or indulge on a huge salad. TO BE CLEAR... this product is not going to put you into ketosis after eating biscuits and gravy all day...or all weekend, but is does give you that wiggle room when you over indulge a bit on the good stuff. Great taken before a workout and because its not a "stimulant" per se, there is no crash, just nice clean energy! Enjoy! I will be ordering more.

I had been using coconut oil but the powder mixes well with no oil slick.

This is the best MCT oil powder I've used. It mixes in easy and seamlessly gives me that little boost in the morning. I've used Bulletproof and Perfect Keto previously and this is at least on par with those.The taste is subtle but good - perfect for coffee or blending into a protein shake, which is what I do.Highly recommend. I am loving both of my NowKeto items so far. Great find.

Love this powder - perfect for bullet proof coffee or "butter coffee" as some refer to it. It mixes well and has no taste so you can flavor your coffee however you want to - or not. High recommend!

Package arrived timely and was well sealed. I’ve added to my morning smoothie and it definitely suppresses my appetite. Non-flavored and mixes well. I’ve only used for two days so will need to asses impact on ketones and weight loss. I will be mixing it into my cookie dough fat bombs so will update in a couple weeks.
