However, when the phone was opened, the technician found that a very poor-quality aftermarket screen had previously been fitted and it was already starting to separate. This was likely the cause of the screen intermittently going blank when the phone was moved. As a result, I ended up needing both a new screen and battery, costing around £300 — over half the original purchase price. I appreciate that refurbished phones often contain replacement parts and that batteries naturally wear out over time. But at this price point, I would have expected better-quality refurbishment and components that lasted longer than a few months. If you’re considering buying refurbished, I would recommend checking exactly what standard of refurbishment is being offered and factoring in the potential need for a battery replacement on phones of this age. Buyer beware.

Bought an iPhone 14 Pro Max 256gb excellent condition. it has a small scratch on the screen but isn’t visible unless you really look for it and when screen is on, you can’t see it at all. the phone is at 83% battery health, but on a full charge the phone battery lasts me almost 2 days. Excellent condition is said to have a minimum battery health of 80% and no visible scratches when viewed from 12 inches so the phone is exactly as described. Overall positive experience so Im happy with this purchase as there is nothing wrong with the phone and all parts are genuine

Bought as a birthday gift for my 19 year old. She has been using it for 3 weeks and everything is working as it should. She is very happy with the quality of the camera which was something that was important to her with regards to getting a new phone. Despite the phone being refurbished and the battery charging capability being lower than a new phone its working well and does everything that a new phone would provide. Defective worth buying refurbished rather than paying twice the price for new. Would highly recommend this seller who was upfront and honest about the phones condition and was selling it at a very good price when compare to other outlets selling similar products. Thank you.

Initially, the phone worked without issue, but shortly afterwards, it began repeatedly displaying “No SIM” and “SIM Failure” errors. I took the device to an independent third-party repair shop for assessment. They informed me that the iPhone contained a US-spec logic board configured exclusively for E-SIM use, despite the phone casing being designed for a physical SIM tray. According to the technician, the device could not properly read a physical SIM because the logic board was hard-coded for E-SIM functionality only. The repair shop further explained that devices like this are commonly referred to as “Frankenstein” iPhones, phones assembled from mismatched or incompatible parts during poor-quality refurbishment. They advised that this appeared to be the case here, and they couldn't do anything for me but advised I ask for a refund. I contacted the seller and returned the phone along with the repair report detailing the issue. Despite being provided with the report, photographic evidence, and screenshots showing the repeated SIM errors, the seller claimed there was “no fault” with the device and instead attempted to charge me a £30 administration fee. Cheeky! Why would I return an unfaulty phone to pay them an extra £30? I also asked the seller directly to clarify which logic board was installed in the phone, but they declined to answer, which increased my concerns about the refurbishment's legitimacy. For anyone considering buying from this seller: I am not claiming that every phone they sell is faulty. However, based on my experience, some devices clearly are, and the company appears unwilling to acknowledge legitimate faults or provide refunds even when presented with independent technical evidence, with multiple photos proving the point. Silver lining in all this, I learnt a lot about iPhone logic boards.

Pristine condition to look at; looks brand new. Everything working perfectly but battery health is 86% which I would not deem excellent condition. Battery should be replaced at 80% health. Buyers, it seems excellent refers to the aesthetic only and you cannot guarantee the innards of the phone are of the same condition. Having said all this, it’s perfectly fine for a 13 year old who I purchased this for.

La verdad todo súper con el móvil la batería venia con el 89% y todo bien lo usé 2 semanas y se puso en negro la pantalla cava de recalcar la pantalla luego se puso bien pero me dio miedo y tuve que devolverlo, el vendedor muy amable me solucionó y estoy esperando el rembolso para volver a comprarlo porque me parece de buena calidad solo que tuvo un fallo la pantalla por lo demás le doy un 100 por eso las 5 estrellas

Lavoro di notte è perfetto ha tutta la durata che serve per chi come me ha bisogno di batteria e prestazioni Le foto sono di oggi, dopo aver stressato di molto il telefono potete vedere che la capacità è scesa un pochino ed è normale, ricordo che le batterie degli iPhone SE tenute con una ricarica al massimo fino all 80 % e mai sotto il 10% hanno un tasso di usura della batteria vicina allo 0 Complimenti al venditore e ad Amazon
