Great value. Size fits true. Comfortable and warm. Wore the pants hiking with temps in the teens with no problems. Blocks wind but pants are breathable. I was able to move comfortably without any hindrances from pants. As far as durability, the pants seemed to be well constructed and durable and all zippers worked well. I guess I will find out in time whether that assumption is valid.

The thing to be aware of is that these have a pretty substantial rise measurement, which then amplifies the overall length. Otherwise pretty impressed with these for the price. They're sturdy and warm. Not saying these are $200 snow pants, but if you just need to be outside once in a while for more than a few minutes in weather that's just a bit too cold for normal pants, these are a great choice. They're not only Comfortable and soft but look good and don't seem to hold wrinkles. Zippers are good. Again, not saying these are made to be abused, but good for casual use. The leg opening isn't huge so not sure if they'd fit over ski boots, but for other winter activities they'd be good. I normally take a 32x30 but ordered a 32x32 figuring a little more length would be better (often find pants to be a bit shorter than they say) but overall they were a bit too long. They measured 33" in the waist (plus a bit of stretch) which is fine as you would probably be wearing long johns anyway under these anyway.

The great: comfortable - I'm happy to wear them all day long. They are very well made, good quality zippers, good belt, wrinkle resistant, true to size. I would take these over a pair of ski pants any time. The OK: a little draughty, but fine when using thermal underwear. In my case they will also fit over a pair of pants if I'm just throwing them on to walk the dog. The questionable: they are designed with just a bit too much fabric in the thigh area which makes them balloon out. On the plus side, it allows for great flexibility, but you couldn't describe them as being stylish. The online photos hide this appearance.

These pants exceeded my expectations. Warm without being really thick, good looking, comfortable, soft, keeps you dry in the snow. Great for winter hiking. Love the pockets. You need utility like this on the trail.

Well, they fit loose - good as you can layer up and no restrictions when walking. Belt - junk - I like my belts much better. Removed from the pants right off There is no knife pocket or way to carry a knife attached to the pocket since the pockets zip up. I always carry my folding knife for work or hunting - gotta have it and has to be easy to get out to use. Very comfortable and seem very warm - almost like sweatpants comfort. Have not worn out in the field hunting so will need to provide an update soon

These are amazing especially for the price! Feels like quality you'd expect for 3X the price. Sizing is accuratem highly recommend. The belt is very useful, a nice addition. The zipper pockets are nice as well. I made snow angels and never got wet and they dry off very quickly.

Who makes men’s outdoor work pants with only one back pocket?! Free Soldier!! Other than that glaring deficiency, they are solid, warm pants that run slightly larger in size.

Nice materials, good feel, solid stitching, and excellent design - the two side pockets are great for phone of any size and you also get two good-sized hip pockets w/zippers and another one in the rear. Also, a kind of old-school ratchet belt that works pretty well when you get used to it....The outer soft shell material looks and feels great - makes a tonne of noise, sure - and the inner flannel is fuzzy and warm. Seriously great pants for exercise in sub-zero temps... I wouldn't wear it in the pouring rain but it should be fine for snow... however no lower zips or buttons for skiers and snowboarders. Overall, great value for the price and I'll be looking to order these in other colours!!!
