Mixes good with a a shaker ball. I pour some liquid in first then the scoop to prevent it from sticking to the bottom.Texture isn’t bad.The price is decent for the amount you spend and the results you get. For me, just the days I work out, i take it along with my other supplements

I love this flavor and protein powder. It mixes well without no clumps like other proteins. I mix it with peanut butter and a banana in a bullet blender after my workout at the gym. Taste delicious.

Mixes well with water. It seems to be effective. Smells like any other protein powder would. I gave it 3 stars because of the taste. It taste HORRIBLE but, nobody drinks protein drinks for the taste, they drink them for the benefits.
