Exploring Other Lives with Hemi-Sync Audio CD – October 1, 2009

I like this one, it is the way he sets you up for the experience, the tone of his voice, the calm and subtle guidance is great, and the sounds with it are worth it. unsure if it works, as I have had flashes of somewhere else, but will not say positively it is a past life. I may be too technical.

The Monroe Institute is an amazing philosophy. I have taken courses and read many books written by and about Robert "Uncle Bob" Monroe. Fascinating and a gateway to the Universe...to a higher place. A place where One can be closer to their Higher Power.

I love it, there is some spoken guidance but not much so it is easier to get your mind to clear and focus. Some CDs have so much guidance that by the time you can think about it, they are already on another subject. This is easy to use and very enjoyable

different from the others that I've bought.....Guided meditation, well worth the $
