I recently bought the Urban Terrain bicycle from Amazon, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The package included a Cult Sport support for installation, which made the setup a breeze. I could have given 5 star if technician comes ! though it was not that tough to assemble still a expert assistance & one screwdriver is needed(If you don't have one) Delivery was on time, Installing the cycle was easy however the technician has to come but I got call from cultsport CS team & shared video link which is available in the product description only. So I preferred to assemble it by myself, although I recommend to avail the technician if one doesn't have all the tools. The package contains only a multi spanner & 2 Allen keys which is not enough. This is my first gear cycle experience, So after doing a lot of research I end up choosing Urban terrain mutant29. I am 5'8'' and choosing the 29" model is a good decision as you will get to span your leg to full extend. Gear shifter is smooth, front suspension is good for city ride, as it can easily absorbs small bumpers shock. Weight is not much, seat comfort could be better. overall its a sturdy cycle & value for money product. Last but not the least the free diet consultation from Cultsports is definitely helpful, Dr. Manisha is very kind, she well explains everything that you need to know about your basic diet if you are going to make your daily routine in a manner to get fit or loosing fat. Defiantly its a worthy purchase from Urban Terrain ! I will update my comment after a few month of use.

Allover good, Sturdy look and ver comfortable to ride, Gears are very smooth. The customer care and services are 100% attentive to solve any issues. feels to be a great bike owner. A best choice. A happy news is that, value for money is doubtless. saddle looks so cute and weightless design is good. A good road presence is assured. I coud go with this bike without less strain...you no need to go for costly expensive brands...value for money is assured...I will suggest to all my friends who loves cycling....go for it....don't want a second thought...

I have purchased this cycle in Jan 24 withing few month in April the gear box broken and company saying they can't repair. If I want to repair by them i have to pay 750rs part price and 800 tech visit charges. What is use of warranty. Seriously tech visit i have to pay?? This is something your mobile phone display damaged under warranty they charge you display+ display fixing charge as it was physical damage.... 1. From the beginning the tech who came to install the cycle was incompetent don't know the job properly. 2. Gear automatically jumps while riding the cycle that has issue, since beginning. 3. Many local fixed i.e. seat tightening, multiple time brake problems etc..were fixed locally with own cost. 4. By look it may feel great but if you want to ride it's like so delicate that you can hold the cycle in hand and walk with it then ok. Otherwise no guarantee when it will brake. If anyone of you looking to buy cycle then go for known brands, like tata, relience, etc atleast they have some brands immage. These PPL don't care of that, once it sold they will give damm about your money for trust which you have given them. Better pay little extra and get good quality not like this piece of junk.

I like this bicycle. It is fit to my budget. Comfort in riding, Gear shifting is good. Customer support is also very good. I didn’t face any problem till date. Thank you cultsport for making this amazing product for cycle lover.

Total value for money. Great support from Cultfit. Technical support was quick and excellent. The cycle is extremely light and perfect for daily cardio. The gear system is very useful . The only thing which I felt could have been better is the seating comfort as it is little hard. Other wise this is a great cycle

Satisfied with the first few rides. Maneuvering is smooth and quick. Assembled myself at home only. The only problem was with the mud gaurds ( front and rear). Both doesn't get adjust with the holes provided. The installation demonstration video on the YouTube is of different model. Rest the product is great!
