Well I have melasma on my face pretty bad. I have used everything from A to Z without any good results at all. I have paid from th less expensive to expensive. My doctor prescribed me a bleaching creme which is working better that this creme. Now I have seen a little change but nothing to shout to the world about. It's only been a month and maybe it takes more time to see results but the bleaching creme shows results in a week. I should have trusted my gut NOT to purchase another failure. Honestly I don't recommend this creme for heavy melasma as I have. It really doesn't work.
