What's the working load limit of this shackle?

Does this rope still perform in extreme temperatures?

I don't think these rope set will handle extremes. Fiber construction is stiff and doesn't look like nylon 66. Will bet anyone 100$ that rope is not for smooth pulls and shackles exposed to damages.
