It is not going to come out a pastel color even if you have level 10 bleach blonde hair it is a toner for me. I have stubborn super pigmented hair and it’s canceled it out when purples and blues would not. It did have somewhat of a glitter effect and that was really cool, so if you’re not looking for pastel pink, but you’re looking for a toner with a pink glitter, shine to it than 100% recommend.

I've used wella brand a lot, and always was satisfied with the results. This was the first time in my practice that a product did absolutely nothing. The color I used was pink, but the final result was not even a shade of this color. Used with 10 vol activator, correct proportion , 20 min time and it turned to be no color at all. Very disappointing

I have super dark roots. That dirty poop brown color. I have found that using t50 lilac rose gold lightens up my roots better than bleaching. It’s much less harsh and a much easier process. No orange , no other toner needed. Leave it on at least 45-60 min. I don’t need any bleach or other toner or like a 7 step process. So it’s pretty great if you need to lighten your roots without bleach. Then I use overtone rose gold to make the rest of it pink.

First of all toner is not supposed to dye your hair. Toner does not lift, it deposits over whatever color your hair is. Think of it as more of a clear tinted glaze. I got this to blend my increasingly gray into my natural color without actually changing my hair color. I have used Wella Toners for almost 30 years starting back in my bleach platinum blonde days in the 80’s. This is my first time using this shade and just to tone gray. We will see how it goes…

Since coloring my hair for the past year and a half bleaching it has always been a mess! my plan was to go red and I needed a filler color to knock out the brassiness, but still look almost pinkish. So when it fades there’s pink underneath and not a weird funky, yellow color 😅This toner turned my yellow hair into the most beautiful, rose quartz color I have ever seen! If you’re ever trying to go red please get this because my red currently fading out is starting to be a nice coral color

Let me just start off by saying I'm a complete noob when it comes to dyeing and coloring my hair. I had decided I was going to do a simple color of half blue and half natural bangs and after bleaching it came out fairly yellow-orange, and despite being an artist I had completely forgotten that mixing yellow and blue make green! I remembered my color theory and decided to go for this pink toner to get the green out and it worked fantastically!

This product will tone hair nicely, but will hardly leave any pink tones behind. I bleached my hair, leaving my hair at a banana yellow and before toning. My hair looked purplish pink before rinsing out the toner, but very little stayed color remained. Here’s the steps I took. Bleached with a 30 developer to a light yellow. Shampooed to ensure the removal of bleach (no conditioner), towel dried hair till almost completely dry, applied toner, let it set for 20 minutes, rinse, and conditioned hair.

I bought this because we've been struggling to get the green out of my daughter's blond hair, since it was streaked blue before. I thought it might also give her light level 9 or 10 hair a little bit of a pink color. It did NOT do that. But it still entirely neutralized the green, which is mainly what we wanted. So, it worked for its intended use.I realized going in that this is a toner, not a hair dye. I think the people who are upset about this toner not working to give their hair a light rose color are right to be upset. The advertising shows pictures of hair that has turned that nice blushy pink color, but even on the lightest hair, I think you're better off buying a semi-permanent light pink dye instead of this toner. If you need green in your hair neutralized, to bring your hair back to blond, this is a great toner for you. If you want light pink hair, go with hair dye, not pink tinted toner!
