My only issue is the shipping. The product worked out great for my Rack.

The media could not be loaded. This spotter arm is definitely a short one. But for the price it would work very well.It fits my rack nicely without much room to wiggle. It will definitely save me if I hit failure during bench pressing.If you are looking for a long spotter arm, look else where.
