You pour it in to expansion tank and drive abt for 40 mins.It's the draining of the coolant system that could be tricky, you must not just pour the water down the drain, you must not re fill a hot engine with cold water, and you have to make sure you thoroughly rinse it out the cooling system, possibly 2-3 times. So no it's not hard to use, it's just harder to get rid of waste (oil tank at tip) and rinse you're coolant system out.

Q: Can this be used direct in the radiator, my car dosent have a tank i have to fill the rad directly.

Yes I’m certain it can,drain the old coolant/antifreeze fill system with one litre of clean water,add forte biodegreaser then top the system up to full,run engine at fast idle for 30 minutes.allow to cool,drain system flush system a few times with cold clean water,once flushing is complete fill system with the correct antifreeze/coolant mixture👍

Q: Do I have to mix this with water when I pour it in?

I put it into a 5ltr container and half filled it with water before use (and then topped up with water) but only because my daughters cooling system was full of oil sludge after a head gasket failure. I suspect if your cooling system is sludge free it shouldn't matter as long as it mixes in the engine ok
