Very happy with my new recliner! I’ve had it a bit over 2 weeks and everything is perfect! The chair is very well built and all functions work perfectly. It certainly reclines very well for sleeping - in fact, I have been getting better sleep now than I have in years! I love the size - there’s room for my large kitty to share it with me - she loves it too - and it’s still nice and cosy for me! The heat and massage functions are wonderful - helps with my back pain and also helps me to relax and go to sleep as it has automatic turn off after 30 minutes. It is very sturdy and is a great value. It came within the allotted timeframe and there was no shipping charge. I would definitely buy it again and can highly recommend it as an excellent product with great workmanship. Also love the color and the high quality of the upholstery. This is my second chair. The first chair quit working and it was locked in recline position. That was a bad day because my permanently handicapped mom was stuck and I had to dead lift her out of the chair. Their is no reset button or switch if the power goes out. That would give this 5 stars. But all power lift chairs are the same.

We received the chair, 2 boxes, at the same time and as promised. The leather is nice and sewn together well. The mechanisms work well as we can set the backrest and footrest in any preferred position desired. I had no unrealistic expectation about the massage or heat functions, so I think that they work fine. However, the"lumbar" setting seems to be too low, more closely to the fanny. The only problem is that the chair sits higher than expected and although I reviewed the measurements my wife, who is 5'3", her feet do not reach the floor. I will make a platform to rectify this. So overall I rate this chair as 5 stars as it is very nice looking and it will help my wife exit the chair by using the lift.

Ordered this lift chair for my 94 year old father. Arrived quickly, assembly easy. Chair appears to be well made and is quite comfortable, does what it’s supposed to and father loves it.

While the product itself is very nice and a good value, the remote control for movement stopped working after approximately one week. I attempted to re-calibrate the remote as per the instructions in the owner's manual to no avail. I have reached out to the manufacturer and requested a new remote. I am currently waiting to hear back from them. IF they send a new remote that works, all will be fine. Time will tell.

I like lots of things. First it came packed very well in 3 cardboard containers. Delivered FedEx no damage. I did unpack carefully knowing a return, if needed would need the same packing. I did buy a 2yr extended warranty, just in case. Anyway I had a helper unpacking and assembling it. It does not assemble in 5 minutes. We spent over 3 hours unpacking things, assembling things, and retaining all the packing material in case it's needed for a return. The hardest part was hooking up the various cords. The instruction manual was great, but confused me on the cord hookup. Long story short I finally got things working correct and it is nice. I routed both the tilting controller and the heat vibration controller to the right side, as sitting. It'd be better if I had split the heat vibe controller to the left but just not in the mood to do that right now, later. Very happy with the chair operation. The 2 motor design really speeds coming down from full recline position to a sit-to-stand position. All is well on operation, I've used the heat/vibration mode 3 or 4 times and they work good and really helped my sore back problem a lot. I really like the full recline position for excellent feet up-head down, position putting your feet above your head, which is what the docs want for foot, lower leg swelling. I really really like the 3rd footrest pad that swings up into place when you go to the normal first stage recline, and then stays there when you go to full recline. It keeps your feet from hanging out in space like most recliners with 2 pads do. Very good padding all around. I've got the brown pseudo leather cover and it's very nice. I need a towel or a cover of some sort for perspiration on my back, but too be expected with any type of leather cover. This is a very nice piece of furniture and I'm glad I bought it. The price is up there, but you're not going to get something that's this good for $5-600.

I am very impressed with this recliner. The packaging was robust, ensuring the chair arrived in perfect, undamaged condition, and the straightforward assembly process was a major plus. For taller individuals, the large model is an excellent choice. At 6'4", I find that the dimensions of the large chair are ideal, offering ample support and room without compromising comfort.

I ordered two chairs; since they come in three boxes per chair not all boxes were on the first delivery truck. Four came one day and the remaining two came the next day. No hardship here, just saying that this could happen to you too. No Biggy. The chairs assembled easy and functioned perfectly. You will not be sorry you purchased these chairs...a-n-d, if for any reason you are...reaching out to customer service is easy and they answer back with 24 hours.
