Almost perfect.
This bag is big, bright, roomy, and tough. It's been used to fly twice. I also use it in the bed of my truck to keep the stroller dry and clean. It performs excellently at both jobs. I use the tote handles to strap it down. My only complaint is I have a fairly large stroller. I have a Graco rugged terrain type stroller with large rear wheels. This bag is just ever so slightly too small to fit over the rear axle/wheels. So I have to cover one wheel and leave the other exposed and tighten the chord between. You can't win them all. It still holds tight and keeps the rest of the unit clean and dry. It's well worth the money. Oh and it comes in a black bag. The color you choose is on the inside. Don't send it back thinking it's the wrong color like I nearly did.

Does what it's supposed to do - protect a stroller
I ordered this and the matching carseat bag before taking a trip with my 7-month old during December - prime holiday airport rush. I used it to gate check his stroller (part of a travel system with an infant carrier carseat) on 4 different flights. The first three flights, the bag came back to me with some minor dirt. On the 4th flight, there was a miscommunication, and someone at the gate sent my carseat and stroller to regular checked baggage ... so it rode the conveyor belts into the baggage claim carousel. The bag had a few minor scuffs and snags (and what looked like an oil stain) but no rips. It was storming, and all the luggage on the carousel was wet, but my stroller stayed dry inside the bag. The bright red color is a plus, as it made it easy to spot at each gate and again at the baggage claim carousel. It works wonderfully if you use it as advertised ... a bag to keep dirt, minor wetness and scuffs from you GATE CHECKED stroller. It's not meant to ride through the checked baggage system, but even if it does, I can attest to the fact that it will survive. My one concern is that my stroller just fit into it. Once my stroller was folded down, I sat it on the bag and pulled the bag up over the stroller, and the top of the bag just covered the handlebar. I could cinch it closed, but without an inch to spare. It's a larger stroller, so most strollers should fit. (FYI, Delta at both St. Louis and Columbus airports no longer carries the clear plastic bags for carseats and strollers, which made me doubly glad I had brought this with me.)

Perfect Stroller Gate Check Bag, Nice and Roomy, Good Quality, Thick Material!
This gate check bag is an excellent travel accessory for those flying with a stroller. Our stroller is on the larger side, and it still fit comfortably with room to spare, so it feels very versatile for different sizes. One of the best parts is how compact it becomes, you just fold it up right into its attached pouch, making it easy to pack and carry until you need it. The material feels thick and durable, giving confidence that it can handle the wear and tear you typically see in airport baggage handling. There’s also a large spot on the front to clearly label your bag, plus a sewn-in air tag holder inside for added peace of mind. The side handles make it easy to carry, and the drawstring closure with the button tab helps keep everything pretty securely (though we've still been looping it around the opening just for extra security). All in all, it’s a simple, but well designed solution, that makes traveling with our stroller much easier! Would recommend!

Visible, very big and prevents scratches
I have an uppababy stroller and was looking to gate check it while flying and didn't want the frame to come back all scratched up. This bag was an inexpensive option to try and it did fine on 2 flights so far. Pros: - Bright color makes it easy to spot your stroller as you deplane - Large size fits my uppababy stroller and the full seat attachment without issue - Drawstring keeps it closed - The little storage pouch makes it easy to store this away when you don't need it. It fit easily into my diaper bag and we pulled it out just before boarding - Good for a dirty stroller - I used the bag while traveling to keep a muddy stroller out of a friend's car. Worked great and hosed down afterwards without issue Cons: - There's no padding, so if you're looking for a cushier option, try something else. I'm comfortable with my stroller showing some wear over time, so this wasn't a big deal to me - I suspect this will only last a few flights (maybe 4 roundtrips?), but again, the low cost makes that an acceptable trade-off for me. I'll probably get another one if this one tears.

Buy it!
Our son is 3 months. It was our first time traveling with a baby so we did a lot of research. I debated on stroller and car seat covers for at least a month. I finally decided on this brand for both my Britax car seat and Britax stroller. It was perfect. Covers with wheels were not necessary. We went through TSA carrying our baby and once we were through, we put him back in car seat on stroller. We left him in the car seat/stroller till it was time to board. These bags come in covers so we opened the cover, got the tags for our bags and quickly put our car seat and stroller away in bags. Then handed our bags over to baggage handling. Once we landed, our bags were waiting at the gate door, we quickly took our car seat/stroller out and put our baby back in and then put the bags back in their covers. The bags were extremely spacious so we put extra items into the bags when we took him out. The bags had no padding but our car seat/stroller was not damaged. I loved the labeling on the bags. I felt that once our bags were taken from us before boarding, they were handled properly because of the labeling. There was very slight damage to the bags. I feel comfortable using these bags again and I feel comfortable traveling without my husband (if necessary ) seeing him use these bags so efficiently/ easily. For note, you don’t need a bag with wheels unless you plan on carrying your baby through out the airport and dragging your car seat/stroller along. We chose the route to use the car seat/stroller up till boarding and we’re happy with our chose. Hope this helps you decide.

Provides basic protection, but only held up for one round trip w/double stroller
This barely fit our Mockingbird 2.0 double stroller, but it did the job. As others have commented, consider this a one-trip purchase. It did get a few holes in it on our departing flight and was very dirty with bigger holes on the return flight. I tossed in the trash when we landed at our home airport. The strap held up, which was most important. Overall I think it's worth the price.

Shoddy Workmanship, Great Idea
Edited to add: Bag fell apart and ruptured at the seams on second leg of first journey. It was a complete waste of my money and time. Do not follow in my disappointed footsteps. ******Original Review****** I have a Maclaren Techno XLR stroller and while it does collapse into an Umbrella style fold, it is really rather large and quite long. I had tried other travel bags, but they did not fit my stroller and I was not interested in paying what Maclaren wanted for a travel bag given how little we fly. I ordered this and am happy to say that the stroller fits well. Yet, I am only giving it two stars because the bag was not very well sewn and the fabric is far too flimsy for its intended purpose. The seam allowances are ragged and skimpy. The entire bag arrives folded in upon itself in a small pouch which is incorperated into the bag at the top near the opening. The idea of self storage is great, but the storage pouch is very small and requires precise oragami folds to get the entire gate check bag into the small pouch. In addition, the zipper on the pouch is very flimsy and the seams around the zipper were so frayed as to render it impossible to zip up the pouch as the threads kept getting into the zipper and stopping any forward or backward movement. I wrestled with the zipper for almost 20 minutes and finally got it free. I then turned the pouch inside out and used a lighter to singe/melt the frayed nylon threads and seams as to render them sealed and no longer intruding into the zipper space. Now I can open and close the zipper, but it is still not a smooth process since the zipper is so flimsy. I really like the idea and size of this bag, but I cannot recommend it for anyone. Frankly, I think I should have gotten the more expensive Maclaren travel bag as I doubt this bag will survive more than one plane trip. Given that the purpose of this bag is to protect a necessary item while undergoing rough treatment, it is inadequate. I would get far more protection if I took along a large lawn trash bag, placed my stroller inside and then taped it up with some red packing tape. For far less money I would have more protection for my stroller, though it would have looked horrible. I have other accessories from J.L. Childress that were of excellent quality, and so I overlooked the other reviewers claims of shoddy construction. Alas, they were correct. While I will still buy from the company, I have learned my lesson and will stay far away from their items with less than stellar reviews.

Really great for storing in my pickup bed
Ended up being in the bed of my truck in a rain/ lightning storm and kept my stroller completely dry. Fits my stroller great (I have the babytrend passport stroller). It's not hard to get in or out of this bag and keeps the stroller clean and dry

Werkt goed maar na twee keer vliegen een scheur in
Werkt goed en er zit een handvat aan wat het dragen makkelijker maakt. Na twee keer vliegen zat er wel een scheur in en hebben we hem weg gegooid.

Amazing, used for our travel stroller to place into hold. The bag kept our stroller nice and clean and scuff free. Huge in size so would fit larger stroller too
