Q: How many total ounces of coffee are in this?

There are 30 servings of coffee in this packet and each serving has 2g of concentrated coffee extract. So a total of 60g of extract. In the manufacturing process, we use 16g of coffee beans to make the 2g of concentrated extract. So actually 480 grams of coffee beans went into this 30 pack. I hope that helps!

Q: Does this count as black coffee? Wondering if okay to use while fasting.

Yes, this counts as black coffee. There is nothing else added besides medium roast Arabica beans, gently dehydrated. It has less than 2 calories per cup. So from what I understand about drinking coffee while fasting, this will be a good solution.
