Hardware is worthless if software won't work
Expected a far better product. Wasted 3 hours trying to install the software that is REQUIRED to activate the remote control. Wouldn't run on my two devices. Tried my wife's phone and the software ran, but hung at the first step -- repeatedly.Tired of banging my head against a wall for a process that SHOULD BE boring simple.Way too much aggravation, so returning tomorrow. Why overcomplicate set-up of a remote control?

Perfect Replacement for My Old Logitech Harmony (Even if not Equal in Features)
I've had Logitech Harmony remotes for many years, their ability to program every detail of the remote is unmatched, but they discontinued their remotes (didn't someone want to buy their remote business???). My first replacement was an expensive SofaBaton X1, which while very much like Logitech in features and design, always seemed to wig out on various tasks, too late to return, money lost. The One For All Smart Streamer remote is perfect for my needs since I gave up cable tv.I have a Sony Bravia TV and an Apple 4K TV streaming box which I often use with my AirPods at night. The Smart Streamer remote allows me to control the Sony TV settings as needed and otherwise lets me control all Apple TV features. The remote is perfectly designed, with button layout exactly as I like and the buttons are very smooth and responsive. The remote also has the ability to change certain function keys to number keys if you ever need to enter number digits. The remote is incredibly well priced. The setup software for iPhone worked very well, I had no issues connecting to my iPhone nor to my devices. I also like that the shortcut buttons you can program to go directly to services like Netflix DO NOT use the service logos which always looks like gross marketing to me on a remote, I don't use the shortcuts and like that they look generic.I have given this remote five stars for what it is, though I would pay $20-$30 more for this remote if One For All updated it with the following: 1) make the remote rechargeable instead of using two AAA batteries, 2) allow the remote, which already has bluetooth built in for setup purposes, to use the bluetooth module to control devices that support it, such as my Sony TV and my Apple TV (one day I may want to mount my TV on the wall and put the Apple TV behind it which will make using infrared a problem) - One For All does have another remote that appears to have this capability but its a much bigger remote with a dedicated number pad that requires 4 AAA batteries, no thanks, just give me this perfect size remote with usable bluetooth. Not having a bluetooth connection to my Apple TV also means that when I adjust the volume for my AirPods I need to do that with the Apple TV remote app on my iPhone, this isn't a big deal since I always leave the AirPods at the same sound level when watching TV, but it is something to note, and 3) it would be nice if there was some ability to modify what certain buttons on the remote do (for example program an otherwise unused button to perform a specific action like open the control center on my Apple TV), if that feature is there I haven't yet found it yet.Lastly, as others have mentioned, you can't do exotic programming with this remote like you could with a Logitech, I believe that is because One for All is the same company that makes the very expensive Universal Remote remote controls which requires a tech to come program it for you and they are probably protecting their high end market. That is ok! I'm thankful to have an incredibly well designed remote that can handle all that most people need it to. How many people have more than one DVD player? More than one streaming box? More than one stereo receiver or speaker? This is a remote for almost everyone, if you need more at the moment SofaBaton seems like your best answer. All in all a terrific remote which I am enjoying using, one less obstacle to deal with at the end of a long day.

Not Ready for Prime Time....
Remote ergonomics are good, button tactile feel is also nice. Mix of buttons on remote meet most requirements. Unfortunately, BT is hit or miss. My S22 would only pair about 25% of the time. When I finally was able to connect, I was able to set up a basic activity with an Apple TV. That worked for a while and then failed to connect. My RX was not in the data base. I contacted OFA support and they asked me to send a pic of the RX remote and functions I was trying to use. I did so and never heard back. I once again contacted support concerning the BT issue. No help here as they told me to reset the remote and then reboot the phone. The automated setup is nice if it works with your equipment right off the bat. If not, good luck, as support is lacking.

Has Bluetooth, you can't use it though due to software oversight
I have a Smart TV with a Bluetooth remote and I purchased this device for the expansive device support and Bluetooth. To setup the remote, you add an app to your mobile device, which programs the remote using a Bluetooth connection. When select your TV option, there is no means to chose the connection, it will use IR as the default. I cannot find any means to use this device with Bluetooth as intended. Seems there may be a Fire TV Bluetooth option but for all else seems like a big nope.Good luck with this half-assed endeavor, the device feels solid and I wan to like it but the software and direct omission of Bluetooth options is junk. Since I have am forced to use IR with this brand, I'll save money and use the lesser remote that doesn't require half-operable bloatware apps to work.

Poor description, poor remote
I had several issues with this remote:1. It did not arrive as “New, in Retail Packaging” as promised. It arrived in a plastic bag (no box) with a crumpled set of instructions that were dirty on one page.2. The remote will not connect to my Onn brand soundbar.3. The remote does not offer the “Activities” functionality that allows one to use different devices simultaneously.4. The Nevo app that you must download is very limited.Overall, I’ll be returning this remote for a refund.

Works great on my Google TV
Easy (if slow) setup on my phone via the (Android) app. Found my Sony BRAVIA Google TV and TCL Sounbar (connected via optical) and set up the remote for those devices perfectly. Something to keep in mind is that if you press the power button to turn everything off, pressing it again does not turn everything back on (in my experience); but pressing the profile button (TV icon) did turn it all back on.
