Though this dosnt favourably compete with the more expensive custom made and individually shielded cables you can purchase from specialist sources. It is still a decent picture. If your looking for a more than acceptable picture and your TV still accepts RGB scart input this is a vast improvet over the old RF connection and a good stop gap till you decide to invest in the higher quality connectors. A decent budget purchase for a Mark 1 master system.

Works well. High picture quality
Arrived earlier than I was expecting. I was a little worried about how difficult it was to get the cable in at first, but it was easy after the first time. The picture quality on my 720p LCD is incredible when using this cable. Very happy with it and would recommend!

Won't work with the OSSC so if you have one of these, don't bother with this cable.
Unfortunately the cable is poorly screened and doesn't seem to contain the correct capacitor and resistor combination to terminate the video at 75ohms. It probably works fine on a CRT but when used with my OSSC it constantly loses sync. I bought a proper cable from Retro Gaming Cables which was much more expensive at £23 but is much thicker, properly shielded and terminated. It works absolutely perfectly with the OSSC.

Brilliant!
I'm really impressed with the quality of the picture and sound thanks to this cable. If you have a sega megadrive definitely get one of these.

Good cable, in need of CSync connection however
Good high quality cable, just a shame it's not CSync which the Megadrive and Master system are both capable of outputting, and provides a cleaner sync which would help with sync problems on certain LCD TVs (like mine).

rgb sart
this lead works FANTASTICALLY on pal megadrive 1. Night and day difference in picture quality between standard composite video lead and this rgb scart. Good colours, sharp picture, good sound. Audio breakout box is welcome also to feed into receiver etc. I have had no issues whatsoever.

The cable worked fine connecting my old console to my TV no problem.
