What is the recommended user height for this product?

based on personal experience, i think 5ft6inch-6ft 4 inch would be ideal. any shorter and the chair is oversized, any taller and your head wouldnt rest. i think 5ft 11inch is perfect. i am 6ft 2 and i am taller than the chair but still find the headrest usable and comfortable..

How deep is the seat with and without the lumbar pillow? (from the front of the bottom cushion to where it meets the backrest/lumbar pillow)

I own the chair, I grabbed a tape measure and it says 22.5 inches if there was no lumbar on it. Hope that helps.

there are two chairs that are nearly identical, one has fixed armrests, one has adjustable armrests. the fixed armrests are capable of adjusting with the tilt of the chair, but cannot be height adjusted.

I bought the rollerblade type wheels...and also a metal base for them to fit it...the plastic base cracked...wheels were ok but because the were not great on my carpet the base broke.
