KIARA SKYLong Lasting Nail Dip Powder Blue Tones 1 oz, Midnight In Paris

I recently started doing my own dip powder nails because spending $40-$50 every two weeks was getting pricey. Yes I sucked the first few times, but now I love doing them myself. They aren't ever as perfect as the salon, but I can fix broken or chipped ones way easier, plus I save so much money.I really wanted a deep dark navy and loved the look on Amazon of Midnight in Paris. When I opened it I was so disappointed because it looked like plato blue. I was so mand, I didn't want medium bright blue nails, I wanted Navy! But I decided to just use it and after a few coats and the top coat it came out to be a true navy blue. It's really pretty. This weird inconsistency with the color of the powder and the final color has led me to try others that are also gorgeous like Victorian Iris. It looks poppy red, but is a deep crimson at the end! So if you aren't sure of the color of the powder just use it, even on one nail and wait until the finished product before judging.

I was looking for a navy dip and when I received this, I was shocked by the lightness of the powder. Before my nail tech put it on my nails, she did a test. Needless to say it's a true dark navy. I love this color!!!

This color comes out to be the perfect navy blue however it does not look the color in its raw state. It does not look right until the top coat is on, but then it looks quite dark as it should.

I was worried initially bc the powder color is COMPLETELY different from the color in the picture that I wanted (navy blue). When the clear polish is put on, it turns to a darker ocean blue. The picture for “Midnight in Paris” looks navy but this one is a dark ocean blue/green. It’s lovely, but not the navy I wanted or that is shown in the picture.

Label on sealed jar matched what i bought, but color on nail model does not match at all. When dry and set this is a very green teal color at best. It is not blue.

As always I love Kiara Sky. I always try to go to a cheaper brand and it never works out for me. This Midnight in Paris may be my most favorite color out of all the Kiara Sky colors I have. This brand is always true to color and I'm never disappointed. I also received a bonus nail lacquer to match. Thank you seller, you're awesome.

I love the Kiara Sky dip powders, they are probably my favorite ones of the brands I've tried. I use them on my daughter's nails and they stay on longer than any other brand. I'm always happy with them. The only reason I am giving this order of the D572 Midnight in Paris 4 stars and not 5 is because what I received is a much lighter blue than what is pictured. It is marked as Midnight in Paris however I've seen this color before and it should be much darker than what I got. None the less my daughter loves blues so she's very happy with it anyway.

Does not pair well with Kiara sky step 4 top coat, but does well with regular top coat 🤷‍♀️ for whatever reason, it dried partially matte/glossy with the KS top coat as you can see in the first picture. In the second picture I used Gel Envy top coat and it looks flawless. Either way I’m on week 2 and it still looks gorgeous- I get so many compliments on Midnight in Paris!!!

New Kiara Sky dip powders have a seal on the container once you open the lid. Returning it.
