These were a replacement for 40 year old hoops, while they are thinner they hold fabric great. The included screwdriver helps, too. Might not last another 40 years, but it's unlikely I'll care at that point!

These are my favorite embroidery hoops to use. Love the little screw driver that is included. They hold up very well for embroidery or cross stitch project.

Just lovely. Beautiful color, extremely smooth finish. I didn't realize they came with a screwdriver to manage the tension. Such a great thing for arthritic thumbs!

I would have given it a 5 star rating, but the color was not as dark as it is pictured. I was hoping for a darker wood but it was a good product and included a small screw driver!

These are really great value, considering the quality. The wood is hard. I was able to put eye hooks in them with no problem. Very sturdy. They even come with their own little screwdriver.
