I have tried well over twenty different types of self tan over the last years, and whilst a few may be a good colour, I always end up with a ‘snake scale’ appearance on some of my skin after some days, even if I top it up. I read this is due to self tan containing something that dries your skin out as it colours it - same as constantly dyeing your hair would dry it out.The tanning drops are great because I always forget to moisturise, so this gets the job done in one. (The moisturising gradual tan gives me the same problem with scaly skin).After a few goes, I realised that adding a few drops on top of a tanning mitt with moisturiser isn’t a great way of doing it as you’ll never end up with the same amount of mix all over your tanning area. So I squeeze a load of moisturiser into a bowl, add the tanning drops and mix thoroughly, then apply with mitt. This works loads better.The price of these drops are great compared to others, frustratingly now out of stock!

This is a really lovely product and does what it says. I love the glow it gives me. I usually put two drops in my moisturiser morning and night, seems to maintain a nice colour. Mixes in well and doesn’t smell. Very impressed! Don’t forget to wash your hands after application :-)

Bought this on some recommendations - disappointed. Fiddly to use .

An ok self tanner but beware you hardly need any!

I use these for my face as well as the mousse tan for my body. I have eczema and sensitive skin and I’ve had no issues at all with these. These are so easy to use and is the only tanning product where I have had compliments
