Staunton/Shenandoah Mountain, George Washington National Forest Hiking Map

I have used this series of maps for some time. They are great with all the detail you need and are printed on material which resists tears and waterproof too. I would recommend these series of maps for anyone exploring the National Forests and beyond.

Looked as expected

I've found this series the most accurate and complete maps for the backpacker and have been using them for decades. Amazon has a more complete set than any local backpacking store I've ever been in. The maps are easily followed and coated to protect them from the weather. In all the years I've only managed to punch a hole in one and it did not extend further into the map. These are good quality and well worth it.

Great to have in your pack or rv doesn’t need batteries or internet connection to work

This map is amazing! I tried navigating the George Washington National Forest with my iPad. It was OK, but I wish I had this map. The detail and perspective is better than anything you can get by looking at a computer screen or printing a map from an online source.It is also well made with tear and water resistant paper.

Heavy duty waterproof paper. Good detail on map. Great backup for GPS phone app.

Great map, with everything you need to adventuring in the areas of Shenandoah Mtn and the George Washington National Forest. As far as I have been able to assertain, it is up to date.

Unfortunately it is for the wrong area I was actually traveling to so it wasn't much help there. It is is still a nice map.
