Not as bad a remove/replace procedure as I expected.
I Fixit's replacement battery is great! It's as long-lived between charges as I remember the original iPhone 11 battery being was when it was new. The I Fixit seal fit the phone-case well. Biggest problem I had was the tip of the magnetic screwdriver bits provided by I Fixit weren't magnetic enough to hold the teeny-tiny screws. The longest part of the R/R procedure was finding the screw that fell off the screwdriver tip (eventually found it on the floor). Was much more careful after that first dropped screw. I would not hesitate to do this R/R, just be careful not to drop any screws. AND... be sure to have some 91% isopropyl alcohol on-hand in case you ned to loosen up the adhesive strips on the old battery. The tabs on the strips on my old battery torn immediately when i tried to pull on them. The alcohol softened the old adhesive (without adding heat) allowing battery removal.

Not a bad price for what you get, Great build quality, looks great, long battery life, easy to install if you have some basic knowledge of technology, high performance, would recommend to others

Good kit but not long lasting battery
Kit was great and the battery was very easy to install. Battery life was significantly better at first but after a few months it seems to be degrading quickly.

The company has fantastic customer service. We had a slight issue with a battery not functioning properly and they were very responsive in getting us a fix. Super helpful. The installation guides are very descriptive and easy to follow. This is the 2nd time I’ve bought from them and I will continue to do so.

Everything in the kit is amazing,the did give my the wrong gasket size I think next time I’m going to pay the extra 40 dollars and have someone do it for me
