WOW I AM AMAZED. I normally don't cook with cayenne pepper, I use it in my water or turmeric mix. The heat on this thing is legit. It's spicy going down but the lingering heat wow you know this is good. The store bought cayenne taste spicy going down but no lingering heat and by lingering you feel that burn in your chest from the heat. After 3 days of trying Spice Way cayenne pepper I throw out the other cayenne peppers I had in my cupboard. I also tried Spice ways Jalapeno power and it's giving the same spice and heat.

Love this but makes me sneeze. No other brand makes me sneeze. Great flavor though.
