Perfect product!

A good size for a starter ant farm. the ants where doing well and quickly entered their new home. Quality was a little low the glue was visible (minor detail, but it makes the ant farm look a little unprofessional), also the glue was not strong enough to hold the top down at one corner. But the design is very nice and suitable for the size of the ant colony.I tried adding about 6 ml of water to the sand (5 to 10 is advised) I probably should have added more.I have had my ants for under a week now, but they are so busy and there are always new things happening...I recommend letting them out a day where you have lots of time to watch them, it is very exciting to see them enter their new home...also i added a lot of extra stuff like a little twig it make it more exciting for the ants, but they ended up moving their queen under the twig so i don't get to see her..probably would have been smarter to add those things after they had established themselves!

Amazing ant farm, we went from a cheaper brand sandwich starter kit which was super awkward to manage the feeding (and had ants escaping when we did) to this set up with loads of access room and no chance the ants will do a runner so you can open the top and view what’s going on.Left colony in their tube and they started tunnels within 24hrs and queen relocated around day 5-6.Great product, very solid, perfect size and accessibility. Bonus of feeding plate and water trough etc. All in all a nice set up when you are ready for a Queen and colony.

Arrived quickly, the ants seem healthy though you can't ask them, waiting for them to venture out of the tube once enough workers have hatched. Arrived quickly, the box is nicely made. Daughter very happy, even though she really wanted a dog

Ants were great enclosure was rubbish got new ants created a mix of steralised soil and sand filled 2/3 a large glass juice jar with it and placed the test tube with the ants on top, the love it the tunnels they have built in a fortnight are amazing

Great product, lovely size. It arrived quickly and with all the little bits necessary for set up. Unfortunately it arrived cracked after transport but I contacted the seller and got a reply straight away and a replacement within days: this time it was perfect. The instructions are easy to follow for a newbie like me. My 6 year old daughter is delighted!

I bought this product for my 13 year old son and we can’t take our eyes of it. The colony provided with the kit was extremely active immediately after setting the unit up. It looks great and the colony seems really content in its new Home.Great starter kit and not hideous in the house.

Arrived quickly and tank well put together, ants took to their new home quickly and were digging away with a day. My daughter is nature mad so was super pleased and loved it to bits.
