GREAT SUGAR SUBSTITUTE
My wife is diabetic and thought of what can I use as a sugar substitute! This is it!!! I used it in our home made icecream and it worked excellently! Though I have to work a little longer to make sure that this actually dissolves more in the recipe that or I use just a little less....This is a great product! I've since used it in my coffee and in my making of jams and it works splendidly! No complaints at all!

Great for Baking!
This taste great when baking, and doesn't have the funny after taste of other sugars!! But my last order of 4, one bag was leaking all over the place when I got it. So take notice!!

Very sweet! Worked well for sugar-free brownies, but with a slight aftertaste.
This sugar-free sweetener is super sweet, and works well as a 1:1 replacement for sugar. It works great for sweetening coffee, tea, and oatmeal, and I've also used it to bake homemade sugar free brownies. It baked up well, and added made my brownies just as sweet as they would have been, had I used sugar.I did notice several differences to sugar, however, that I think are good to keep in mind. I found that this sweetener gave the brownies a slight bitter-sour aftertaste that I haven't encountered with sugar brownies. Additionally, the sweetness is slightly higher intensity, and has a slightly different mouthfeel with a slightly almost 'cool' sensation in the tongue, like you might get with mint. The flavor nor the sensation are very strong, but I could see this being a bit of a turnoff for people who aren't fond of sugar free sweeteners. I think I also kind of noticed this when using it in oatmeal, but not when used in beverages.Overall, I like this sweetener, and it works well for multiple culinary applications. However, I feel like this sweetener might not be the best choice for people who aren't a fan of sweeteners with a bit of an aftertaste or difference in mouthfeel, like stevia products.

IMO, the Best Sugar Alternative Out There
This is one of the best brands out there when it comes to alternative sweeteners. Plant-based sweeteners are much safer and provide much more flavor than any others. The cookies and cakes that we baked using Whole Earth taste just as sweet as using regular sugar. And it's KETO-friendly.Overall quality is great. Taste/sweetness is just right. If you're looking for an alternative sweetener to use for baking, this is it. This is a good find.

Great sugar free option!
I am diabetic and and now I eat lower carbohydrates. I haven't bought sugar in over 20 years. I used to use artificial sweeteners, but they were never good for baking. I only use natural alternative sweeteners now, so I am used to the unusual flavors that some of them have. This baking blend contains the perfect amount of each sweetener to make it taste just right. I have tried many recipes that call for different measurements of each which requires you to have several different sweeteners on hand at all times. This blend negates having to stock sweeteners that you may not regularly use. I love the convenience of this baking blend. Now it is easy to use recipes that call for sugar without trying to find the right substitute. This may not be as sweet as sugar to some people, but that is easily remedied by adding more. This is great for the ketogenic diet, low carbohydrate diets, diabetics and anyone else who wants to eat a healthier alternative to sugar. It's definitely a great option!

Versatile Sugar Substitute
I am always on the lookout for a new sweetening product other than sugar. This WHOLE EARTH sweetener company gave you granulated plant based sugar. It became very interesting the different ways to try this sweetener. I sprinkled on my breakfast cereal, worked great. Then added it to a freeze dried cranberry mix plus also on to some air fried Coconut flakes. I have not found any different taste with this plant based sugar substitute, that I have tried. I know of other sugar substitute, that were not to my liking, as left a weird taste in your mouth. As this Senior Citizen is always amazed, at how many new cooking and baking supplies are available. We live in a new age, so try new and different items for you health and enjoyment,

Not my favorite
I use monk fruit regularly, however this wasn’t my favorite. I made cookies with it and they tasted okay but the consistency was really weird. I didn’t like it.

Different taste then sugar
I used this in place of sugar in a cookie recipe and I could definitely tell a difference. I did not like the cookies much using this sugar substitute and would not recommend. It came packaged nicely and fresh.
