when him indooors bought some shirts that needed serious ironing I or should I say we - had no choice. I refuse to get out my board and steam iron (if I knew where they were) so tried this little device. Once you get used to it, it's not bad. Water heats up quickly and steams well. I hang shirts on hangars over wardrobe door and steam by hand. Bit of a technique but not as bad as the old fashioned way. You can't iron flat, item has to be upright, which suits me. I use water from the water filter jug (as instructed) and my only complaint is the water reservoir for this gadget doesn't hold a lot, just enough for 3 (maybe 4) shirts but it's not the end of the world, just a bit annoying. However it does heat up very quickly, allowing you to keep up momentum. Would recommend

I had this in its box for a while and today got it out to try. Initially I used the optional head and felt the steamer was hard work and slow, BUT when I removed the head, found the steamer worked faster and was much easier to use and just as I had anticipated. For the price, it is worth it, if like me, you avoid ironing! I tend to wash and dry carefully so 99.9% of the clothes I have do not require ironing but there are the odd things, like satin fabrics or woven cotton that crease up now matter how careful you are. Really pleased with this steamer. The only improvements would be a larger water tank (although would of course render the unit heavier) or the option of a 2nd water tank to switch to when you run out of stem - but definitely a longer electric cable. Additionally, as I am an online seller and this will come in very handy to use prior to photographing clothing I sell.I am going to buy a couple more as gifts when it comes on offer again. Got to be one of my best purchases this year!

Packed this in my suitcase and was great. Easy to use and sorted all my dresses and light weight clothing..no good with denim or heavy fabrics but done the job.

Very useful little steamer. I like the fact that the tank is 400ml and it has a good steam power. I've had one from a well known brand but it was not as good and didn't last a year. I ordered one and after seeing how great it is, I bought a second one as present for an elderly person. Both of us deeply satisfied with the product.

Nice to hold. Easy and quick to set up and heat up. Holding up straight is the only way you can use it fully. As the water level drops it must be upright or the water doesn't reach the feed.I am not sure what I was expecting from this but I haven't had any results. Items are still as crinkled as when I started, just wet. It was good as a final flourish while cleaning the inside of my windows.

Does what it say on the tin. Had this steamer for over 18 months. Encountered an issue with the water container and contacted manufacturer directly. Very easy to deal with and offered to replace the product. Very strong customer service.

Great but then the steamer panel starting melting into clothes.This product works great but after a few uses, I noticed the panel was leaving marks on the clothing.I would not recommend for this reason. I am very upset and would like a refund !!

I hate ironing so I really found this quite useful. Makes my life easy, lol
