Expensive but worth it
Not entirely leak proof but close enough, nice treat for those who only drink when it’s convenient 😂

Stays cold even in the heat
Amazing cup, really makes me drink more fluid as the straw makes it far easier to sip all the time. Temperature stayed cold for hours!

Wish I’d read the reviews
I love this brand and their products but sadly this came without its straw. I loved it too much to return it so just use a straw I already had but if I’d looked through the reviews other people mentioned lack of said straw.

Should have read the comments
As others have said, should have read the comments. Ordered this twice now and both times it has come without a straw. First time I thought it was a dispatch issue so I returned and reordered. Clearly it isn’t This is falsely advertised as coming with a straw when it doesn’t in reality. Will be returning this order also as for this product the straw is a key component.

Poorly packaged, canteen is damaged
Live the product but this was a present and it is scuffed heavily at the bottom. It was packaged poorly

Should of read the comments
Kinda disappointed that the product is shown and described with a straw, I know it sounds like a simple fix but with the size of the cup it's harder than you think to find a new one

Incomplete order
The cup is advertised with a ceramic straw, but there was no straw with the cup, so I returned the item

Seems OK, but I've ordered 2 so far and neither have had a straw so purchase at your own straw based lottery risk!
