All stopped functioning
It’s been a little less than two years that I’ve had these fans (I ordered four), and all but one have stopped working. One stopped working within a few months, but at the time I thought it was just that room’s electric issue. But after they all started not working, I’m now sure it’s the product.

Decent fan
Its a very good and powerful fan, super quite, the only problem is that I wish instead of turning light on and off to change brightness , I wish I could hold button to cycle the light its hard to find the setting.

Service
I bought two ceiling fans from this supplier. One for the garage and one under out patio cover. The one installed in the garage perfectly the first time. It was easy to install and the directions were good. The other one I installed exactly like the first one the light worked but the fan did not. I contacted Amazon who put me in touch with the manufacturer. After a few attempts of solving the issue with the constant communication with the seller it was decided that the fan motor was faulty. They sent me a complete new replacement quickly. I want personally thank the sellers rep Chloe for her help. My issue is now solved. Thanks

Love that it’s wet rated!
This is an awesome big fan that really moves the air very well. I can barely hear it. The light is bright and I like that the light is completely enclosed so no bugs get in. I actually bought 8 of them and used them inside as well because I like them so much!

Works great, instructions unclear
Finally installed after a year. Instructions are a little difficult to follow. Wiring instructions say one thing, remote receiver says another. Went with the remote receiver wiring diagram and it wasn’t right. Tried the book and it worked great. Receiver is supposed to fit in the canopy but was difficult to fit in the small space with wiring. Air flow is great, light is bright.
