Will this fit on Yamaha r125

It's a brilliant bag and very versatile, best I've ever used. But, I have a XJR1300 which it sits on like a dream. I would say it would fit, but be a little big and feel bulky on your bike. I've just done Spain and France with it .. 5 star product

Can the bag be mounted on a high exhaust bike which would sit on the exhaust?.

You’d need a heat shield still.

Do youneed a rear rack for these to tie on at the rear

No rack needed. You will need somewhere to tie some straps to, but the bags don't have to sit on a rack. If they sit on body work they will mark the paint after a while.
