I love these mushroom gummies-they have all of mushrooms I want in one gummy. Or the 2-3 I eat daily, which provide excellent focus and energy. I highly recommend these mushroom gummies. And they are delicious, too!

I was skeptical about these mushroom gummies at first, but they were a reasonable price, so I figured I'd try em. First off, they're delicious. I was expecting a funky, musky taste. Not the case at all. Their sweet and delicious. Second thing I noticed was within about 5 minutes, I began to have energy. Kind of like the first cup of coffee in the morning, only, without the jitters. Next came the mind fog clearing. I noticed I was starting to regain my concentration. I didn't even realize how foggy my head had been until this gummy started working. And finally, this little gummy boosted my overall mood. I was smiling, laughing, and enjoying my day. I waited a while to review these, until I had gone through the whole bottle. It’s hard to say for certain but I feel like they did something. It’s been almost 2 weeks since running out, I wanted to see if there was a difference after stopping. I think she taking them I was a bit more focused and maybe helped a little with gut feelings. Since stopping I have had a couple of hard to focus days but also some normal ones. I lost a few pounds but also have been more active on projects so I’m not sure if it relates. They taste ok, not great but not bad.
