Unfamiliar 2 (Volume 2)

This book is so cute! I dove into it without reading the original Webtoon, so I'm glad it all worked out for me. The book itself is well made and the colors are very bright and vivid. The story is lovely and the characters are interesting. I recommend it to all my friends. I just wish there were more!

I love this book! I love the cute art and the charming characters and ghosts. I wasn't expecting the king of the faeries to make an appearance or for the reveal at the end but dear lord was I waiting for that kiss. 10/10 would recommend.

I enjoyed this book series so much! It’s so cute! It follows a young witch and her friends she makes along the way, it’s spooky but spooky cute. 10/10 would recommend to anyone of any age!

I continue to find this story adorable and sweet with some mystery thrown in for good measure. I think this time though, it felt a bit choppy when it came to plot. Because of these points, I have to give this a 4 out of 5 stars.

Rating: 4.5/5I really enjoyed Vol.1 of this book and Vol.2 is just as cute, cozy, and witchy as the first book. This book has some old adventures like trying to figure out who killed Lucy, but you will see some new adventures, a Faerie King who wants Babs and does whatever he can to make sure that she is his. You will Pinyon and Planchette working together to get rid of a bride ghost in her house. You will see Sun there still trying to get rid of her curse and then to help Babs with the King. Also, you will get to see a new romance in this Vol. I won’t say who because you need to read these 2 Vol. to find out.I thought the pace of the GN was done well and the author had the readers engaged throughout the book. I loved that we got to see a little of what will happen in Vol. 3, and I can’t wait for that one to come out.I loved the art so much on each page, it really helped to bring the characters to life for me. It's so cute, cozy, and witchy. This was the best time of year to read this book.I want to thank NetGalley and Andrews McMeel Publishing for the opportunity to review this book.

It was just what I ordered

I bought the first unfamiliar book for my daughter for her 13th birthday. She didn’t want to read it at first but once she did, she was obsessed and begged me to get her the second book. She has now read both of them and is very impatiently waiting for the third one to come out. The artwork is very unique. The story is very cute. I would recommend for sure.

As a long time lavendertowne fan it’s really nice to have the other physical copy of her work, the book is great quality and came at a reasonable time!
