I like the colors on the screen. They make differentiation easier. If you need stronger bifocals, beware, the screen is small.Initially, I was concerned when straight out of the box, I was getting readings I knew were not right on myself (start off good then decline). But testing on family members seemed much better and accurate. Also, after doing dishes with warm water, my own readings seemed to improve and stay at numbers that I knew were correct for me. (And I do not have any medical problems that would to a hard time for a pulse ox to read from my finger.)A few tips:1. Warm fingers work better.2. You can use all fingers and toes, but usually the big toe is the hardest to get a good value since it is much thicker than your other toes and fingers.3. Red and purple nail polish do not work well. To be most accurate, it's best to not have any nail polish.

It was cheap so I thought ok let’s try it. It doesn’t work very well. It only works 1 out of 5 times. It really is just a piece of junk. Cheap and cheaply made.

The screen lettering is very small. The oxygen numbers are never prompt or accurate. The numbers jump around from low 60 to 95. Lost my other style and loved the simplicity of it.Update: the seller was great to work with and gave me a full refund.

This is the easiest meter I’ve used. Very easy to read. Colors make it very easy to read.

I didn't rate the accuracy of the SpO2 or PI% numbers, as I have nothing to benchmark those against. However, the pulse was spot on and the other numbers seemed completely reasonable.The display is mostly easy to read, though you may have issue with the PI% number as it is much smaller than the other two numbers. I really like the pulse waveform and bar, as it gives you instant feedback on if you have the meter placed correctly. It powers on quickly, and shuts itself off after a brief period of disuse.There's an additional settings menu accessed by holding down the power button where you can set low/high levels and a few other things.
