Why doesn't my smart watch show health data such as heart rate?

Our fitness watch requires you to set it up in the app in order to monitor your health automatically. You can turn on [Device-Health monitoring] in the APP, and it will regularly record heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen, body temperature, etc

How should I use the Message Notification feature?

Make sure that Bluetooth is connected and the watch is matched with the app, and that the message notification function is turned on. In addition, the watch will only alert you to messages that can be displayed in the notification bar of your phone.

How do I use the weather forecast function?

The watch itself will not automatically obtain and update weather data, it needs to be connected to the App. Make sure your phone network is working and the weather forecast of the watch will be automatically updated every time it's synchronized.

Why does the sleep monitoring function not show data?

Make sure to wear the smartwatch when you sleep, and it can only record the night sleep record, which can be divided into deep sleep, light sleep, awake time, etc., and the APP can be compared to the summary of up to 1 year of record analysis.
