Chia seeds
This is a good product and can be used in gravy, yoghurt, porridge or whatever. I just hate Chai seeds Yuk (sorry)

Soil Association Organic Certified Chia
Being organic is important to me. This says it's certified soil association organic certified, so you know it meets strict standards. Well packaged and good product. Lots of information on the package but you need good eyesight to read it as quite small. Overall a good product and personally I will buy again, if price doesn't rise (or by too much).

Good chia
Good quality chai seeds. I was impressed with the nutritional information on the back, seeing how much magnesium out of my daily requirements is in chia. The bag is good and resealable but I didn't have the right space for that in my cupboard and opted to transfer to a jar, which makes it easier to scoop. A spoon has 10g, by my measurements, which is the recommended portion. The package indicates to not go over 15g a day. I prepare my chia the night before in milk, yoghurt or yoghurt and frozen fruit. The chia soaks a lot of liquid so that's why I feel the need to add a bit extra to the yoghurt, it can be rather dry otherwise.

Very good quality
These chia seeds are of a very nice quality, I use them for making low carb porridge, chia pudding or just on my yoghurt. Recommended!

Leggendo sulla confezione c'è la conferma di quanto dichiarato da altre recensioni: prodotto bio di alta qualità, con l'elenco dei valori nutrizionali dettagliato, qualche consiglio sull'utilizzo e lorigine dei semi (Argentina). Ho cominciato ad usarlo da subito e con il tempo vedrò eventuali benefici. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo visto che è certificato bio.

La chia mas barata que he encontrado y eso que la mandaron desde EEUU, buena, rica, barata, nada mas que decir, y como tan solo tomo una cucharada al dia me ha durado mas de dos meses

J'ai beaucoup entendu parler de ses graines et j'ai voulu me faire mon avis,et je suis satisfaite.Elles sont super ! Je les utilise au petit déjeuner après les avoir trempées dans du lait d'amande et je rajoute des fruits frais ou sec un régale ! Et plus de fraigale que demander de plus .Je suis adepte de ses petites graines et rester fidèle à cette marque.
