Feedback that I hope the company will see -The feedback theme runs rampant throughout these comments, you need to improve the quality of your product and put it in a box that fits. People are sending these boxes as gifts to people who are going through CANCER or possibly some other life threatening disease. How do you think it looks when a customer has thought they are sending what you have pictured but instead the receiver receives a box that is already ripped (you already know it's happens and have done nothing to fix) and that your products are made of cheap material and fall apart quickly? The socks were already falling apart before opening.I can assure you, what you are providing is not what people are getting and you need to do better. You obviously have a very cute item that customers are attracted to. Get a bigger box, better quality items and I think you'll find much more business. Until then, no one should purchase this box. It is false advertising and not something that you would want to gift to someone who is already not feeling their best.
