Sono ottimi, li uso già da un pò e funzionano davvero e mi trovo molto bene. Ci dormo per non sentire russare ed, ovviamente, come qualsiasi altri tipi di tappi per le orecchie non possono cancellare i rumori o il russamento in modo assoluto ma attenuano i suoni molto bene di modo da riuscire a dormire tranquilli. Nel mio caso non mi danno fastidio nemmeno se dormo su un fianco. Come rimarcato anche dalle istruzioni, va fatta molta attenzione nell'inserimento, non spingendo troppo all'interno e troppo velocemente, e nel togliervi, non tirando troppo velocemente per non causare un effetto ventosa e aspirazione, per evitare danni al timpano. Per il resto mi ci trovo benissimo, con la precisazione che, per effetto ottimale, vanno provati e va trovata la taglia giusta per il proprio orecchio.

Noise Blocking: They're amazing at blocking out noise. The 27 dB reduction is noticeable street conversations, distant traffic, general city background noise all gets filtered out to a comfortable level. I can finally fall asleep in peace, even with the windows open on hot summer nights. I also use them for naps during the day, which is great when my girlfriend is being loud, watching TV or there's construction nearby. They just work. Comfort for Side Sleepers: This is my main selling point. I'm a side sleeper, and most ear plugs I've tried stick out too much and press uncomfortably against the pillow. These have a low profile design that sits flush with my ear. I barely notice them when I'm lying on my side, which is a game changer. Fit and Sizing: The 3D oval shape fits my ears perfectly. What's even better is that the pack comes with different sizes. The smaller set didn't fit me quite as well, so I gave them to my girlfriend, they fit her perfectly. Basically got a 2-in-1 deal, which is value for us. Do They Stay In? They do eventually fall out during the night, but honestly, that doesn't bother me at all. I only need them to fall asleep, not to stay asleep. Once I'm out, I'm out. I move around a lot in my sleep, so it's expected. If you need them to stay in all night, your experience might vary. Overall: If you live in a noisy environment and struggle to fall asleep, these are absolutely worth it. I bought these earplugs many months ago when I had existing earplugs and thought I could try another type of earplug. The original type had a tip more akin to in-ear earphones. They would always fall out at night, but with these i have had no such issue. They fit me very well, block out more sound, and I feel I sleep better. I honestly wish I had used them sooner. So if you struggle with the original type of earplugs, these are great.

I have been a loyal buyer of the Alpine SleepDeep earplugs since 2022, and this is my third time purchasing them. While my second purchase was simply because I lost one, this time I bought them because they finally released a Small size! I usually buy the Medium, which runs a bit small anyway, but it was never quite small enough for my ear canals. I also have a tragus piercing in one ear, which normally makes wearing earplugs incredibly uncomfortable. The Medium was the best I had ever tried for that issue—until the Small arrived. They fit perfectly, feel amazingly comfortable, and I am so excited to sleep in them tonight. The package that includes both Medium and Small sizes is absolutely perfect for me. The Medium pair still works well enough that I can take them on trips as my travel backups while keeping the new Small pair safe at home. The noise cancellation is truly amazing; ever since I started using these in 2022, I have slept so much better than I ever did before. They even work wonders during loud camping trips at music festivals. My only real complaint is the discoloration, as mine turned pretty yellow over the months no matter how much I cleaned them, and I wonder if there is a more effective way to wash them. I also wish the price was just a little bit lower, but they are absolutely worth it, especially if you can catch the "get two" promo. I highly recommend them!
