I don’t think they are totally waterproof. They are shower proof i.e ok against light rain and mud but they are thin trousers which are designed to dry quickly if they do get soaked-my son uses them for Cubs.

They have passed as school trousers for my daughter (P5) for the passed 2 months and still doing a great job.

Approx 29" I am 5 ft 4" they are ok for me .

Q: What is the waist measurements please

Small fits from around 26inches to a 29inches as they have eleasticed sides. XL from 34 to 38. Both a lovely fit
