In line mic works well enough for zoom /teams calls on my computer, since I can toggle-mute on my keyboard or zoom screen. Sound is very deep and rich. Enhanced my voice quality a lot of computer calls, webinars, etc. No boom mic, as described. But that’s ok. In line mic. Good. But can’t mute from the inline control. You can use it for gaming on Xbox, for example, but cannot turn off the mic or volume control on the inline button. I purchased a more expensive version with a boom mic and inline volume control from this company, and it works well on Xbox.

Headphones work well. I ordered a like new version and it did appear new. The only disappointment was that it did not have the boom arm type of mic which I was looking for to use with my computer. I got it cheap enough so it will be overlooked. Sound quality is good enough for what I want to use it for which is online communication.

This item DOES NOT come with a boom mic. It shows one in the Amazon pics, but when you get it it is not included (see image). The instructions for installation are non existent, so if you have a PC and you are attempting to install basically shove in to any port with a headset symbol and hope for the best. I cannot speak for console. I would return the item but the effort to do so would cost almost as much as the item. It comes with two cables, one is about 5ft long the other 2ft, one for each side of the headset. It "suggests" in the vague non existent instructions to plug both of them in somehow some way. Does anyone reading this see the difference in sizes? yeah so be prepared to have cables all over the place, that get in your way and constrict you.On the brighter side....yes there is one.. if you get rid of the right side cable, and use the Left side cable (BTW they can only go in one way...so hurray for something easy) the sound quality is pretty good. In my case if you leave the right cable in you get alot of static (no matter where i plugged it into).If you are looking for just a headset to hook in for music these wouldn't be bad. If you are looking for an inexpensive gamer headset AVOID this item completely.

This does NOT come with a boom mic like the picture shows.. The inline mic would not work for gaiming no matter what I did,ditto with the boom mic. My pc works fine with the soundblaser headset with mic and also with the Tactics Alpha 3d headphone with mic. Skip this headset and boom mike completely and buy the OneOdio A71D it is much better and works.

Clarity is very impressive. Deep Bass and Very High Treble.Impressed.

So this is my third pair of headphones set from this company in the pass, 5 years roughly. I happen to play a lot of online TTRPG (Tabletop Roleplaying Games) and other online community communication with people; so an easy to pick up and use mic and headset rolled into one is a plus for me.Now, here is the issue. These headsets lack durability and longevity if you're using professional studio work and stuff. You can sound a bit off and flat off the tune, even when speaking into a higher pitch or expressing emotions. I'm no music or audio professional, but I suspect they'll know what I am talking about better than I know myself.Though back on the durability. To give a brief history run. The first pair last me a bit over 2 years till one of the ear pieces, the left one, suddenly went out and stopped working with the other, right ear, now having all my audio output go into a muffled distance space zone. I figured this might be a common occurrence, so I go buy the second one which lasted longer than the first one.The second one last longer and just recently went to trash heaven at July 24th 2023 of this posting. The wire was somehow damaged as my mic was no longer working and while I could still hear my audience and people, no one could hear me speaking. Apparently due to the wire being straightened out after only being curled up for 5 minutes was warrant enough for the headset to go dead on me.So these will be my 3rd and hopefully last set I'll be working with. The mic design is vastly different from the previous two I am acquainted with and thus leaves me wondering if I made the wrong choice. I will work with this new looking model for now and with hope. Not need to buy another headset within the next couple of years at least.
