I've owned these fins for ten days and used them five or six times. I paid £23.95 for 'black/red' size. In this review I will explain what my motivation was for purchasing fins and why, so far, I have found these ones to be excellent.A year ago I took up regular freestyle (front crawl) swimming because I'd heard that it was good for relieving and repairing back pain. Until then I'd been an unrefined but competent swimmer who rarely swam. Since then, I've been swimming 2-3 times a week; building stamina and gradually learning technique via a swim website.By the time I purchased these fins, I had a decent level of fitness and a basic understanding of what I should be trying to do/think about in the water. Fins were the next step.To determine my required fin size I used the provided "Visual Reference Guide" (i.e. by carefully measuring the length and breadth of my feet). For me, this worked - my fins fit perfectly (they're snug without chafing and they don't fall off when I swim). The fins don't look particularly flashy (fine by me) but they do look well made and they float (as claimed), which is useful. They also come in a carry bag with handle. The fins respond exactly as I'd hoped when performing swimming drills: they provide a huge boost to propulsion, allowing me to concentrate on body alignment and stroke technique without having to work too hard. Equally, when I use the fins for leg position/strength drills, I can feel the positional improvement when I swim fin-less afterwards, and I feel muscle fatigue in the right places the following day.To date, I can see no reason to fault these fins. I'll add to this review if my impressions change over time.

Took them to lessons and on holiday. Great fun brilliant quality.

Good but there seems to be a week point such the feet cover start separating from the rest at the front. I keep buying them because I have high feet and they fit me good. I guess I can’t have everything.

Flexible fins in both upward/downward directions whilst swimming. Great for improving technique and you progress quickly.They are very tight fitting compared to other brands so you may need wetsuit boots to prevent blisters on toes

They looked well made and otherwise satisfactory, but were just too tight, though I had checked size table. Do not think they really fit the upper end of size range given. Easy return and quick refund. Received next size up very quickly, and these fit well.

Easy to put on in the water and very efficient.

This is not for 8-11 year old kids,is fit in 4-5years old can't use it at all, in the pic is a 9 year old kid shoes

My son wears an 8 men’s shoe and the 7-9 fits well - nice and snug. Not much room to grow but that’s ok. Better than blisters from rubbing.

Been using them for a couple of years now, pool and ocean. Sized big so I can use thin aqua socks to stop chafing. My backstroke was feeble, with these I can just cruise along. Great for ocean swimming, gives me confidence that I can get back to shore if the wind or waves pick up.

Definitely helped in the water. I'm a size 8.5 B womens. I purchased the size 7-9 large, grey and red colour. Perfect fit. I'm quite satisfied so far. However, I will need to use them longer to give a more thorough review.
