Smaller when I only need one pill, easy to add another section for another. Very nice quality and waterproof.

I would have given this product a five star review but it did come unscrewed once and came apart when I had it clipped to a belt loop. I didn't notice until it was time to take my meds. We found all the parts and the meds, but it was a real scare with a dog and toddler in the house. I am now kind of paranoid about twisting each segment very tightly.

My old pill holder was plastic and can be broken easily. The one is awesome. It comes in sections so you can make it long or short. It is also watertight and the Keychain clip is very easy to use without looking.

Muy bonito el producto pero no sirve para pastillas grandes. Solo para píldoras pequeñas. Por lo tanto no pude usarlo... Lastima!

I got the large one with multiple pieces. Everything fits together like it should, it does NOT come apart unexpectedly like some people are saying. Use common sense and make sure your o-rings are in place, and make sure it’s actually closed. Very easy to use, looks great. It will hold 3-4 of most capsule sizes, but you may have problems holding tablets any bigger than a standard amlodipine.

I was really excited for this! Needed one really badly and this seemed perfect. Non magnetic metal that looks awesome. I received the package open it up and all I see are 3 metal tubes in little baggies inside of a bigger black and clear bag. I opened it to make sure and while I’m doing so I realize the threading isn’t the smoothest to begin with and it is a little thicker than anticipated. None the less it’s useless as a completely hollow threadable tube with no quick release O ring or bottom piece to hold it all in there. I don’t want to wait for a new one and try a different one. I just returned it and hopefully I’ll get my money back. Good concept, needs some fixin
