I purchased this mileage log book to track my business mileage for my income tax purposes, The booklet fits nicely in my truck console for easy access the size is 7 inches by 5 1/2 inches. it contains 117 pages with 3 trips on each page giving a total of 351 trips to record, at the back there is several pages to calculate annual mileage totals, expenses, contact lists, and a notes page. The booklet has a clear plastic protector sheet on both front and back to keep the booklet clean and makes it very sturdy to write your entries on. I would highly recommend this mileage log book to any business owner that is required to track mileage for their tax purposes

Good organization

I was hesitant at first to purchase the smaller one, but it is PERFECT. Excellent size and I love the organization; good quality too. This will make keeping tracking of everything sooo much easier.

I love this book! I’m glad I didn’t get the smaller one, because I doubt it would have all the extra space for notes and stuff for the day that I need to reference later. This, bigger one, has pre-categorized space for me to note work/personal/total miles by day, expenses by day & each day’s destination. Also plenty of extra space to record total income for the day, the day of the week and any other notes I need to add. It’s great! I was using several small individual books to record certain information (a strict mileage book, a strict expenses book and a strict income book). I’ve been able to completely discontinue the mileage book with this one, I’ll be completely discontinuing the expenses book once I receive the expense envelopes to store receipts to staple to the last page of the month, but I may still keep my individual income book, since the income noted can increase after a few days and I want to keep this book “clean” of mark-throughs and scratch outs. It’s just so nice having all (most) of my tracking tools in one spot. Plus, I’ve found that digital app management ALWAYS leaves something to be desired, at least for me and apps are more time consuming than grabbing my book and a pen. Love it!

I'm not sure who would find this useful. Maybe if you run a business with a fleet of cars and you want to keep track of all of them in this book, but even that would be chaotic. I was wanting something to keep track of all maintanance that I do on my personal truck like regular oil changes and other maintenance based on mileage. I figure that way there is still something for the next owner to have confidence that it was well taken care of. This is not going to be that. What you see is everything included. The first half is all maintenance log with a check box at the bottom to answer whether it was covered by insurance. The second half is all mileage log, which may be more useful to some. So if you get in 50 accidents a year and you want to keep track of which ones were covered by insurance and what maitenance was done after each one you've found your new journal! I'm sure there's a cheaper one out there if you are just wanting to document mileage. This does have a nice plastic cover and I'm rating it right down the middle, cus maybe someone else can look at my pictures and find a use for such a setup.
