Really like the packaging of this product, striking, informative and well designed. The product smells amaz​ing, but my flatmate and I both agreed that it was too sweet and a bit watery (we didn't add any milk, so not great if you only want to drink it with hot water). Will try again with hot milk, but at the moment, I'm afraid it's only ranked at 3 stars in my book.

After hearing lots of good things about chai latte's I thought I would give this a try. It has a nice strong flavour which is very enjoyable to drink. The packaging is great and very eye catching. My husband who is an avid hot beverage drinker wasn't too sure about it but once I'd made it for him he's now been addicted ever since. It's very easy to make. I received this product free as part of a review website but I will definitely buy this again!

It tastes good but is High sugar so not as healthy as I first thought. So a good energy quick fix but not necessarily a healthy quick fix.

I was concerned this would be too sweet, but the flavour is well balanced. I enjoy making chai lattes from scratch, however for certain moments an instant variety can be handy. This version is very drinkable, the flavours are not too strong so they won't be off putting to anyone, although I personally enjoy a stronger flavour. Someone in the market for an instant chai latte won't go far astray with this one. It is subtle enough that it is basically guaranteed to not offend. I did receive this discounted, in return for an honest review.

This tea is really nice.I was surprised that it just diffuses in water, unlike normal tea in a tea bag, and is ready to drink. It tastes lovely. I also love it cold with ice, it is very refreshing this way. It is easy to make with instructions that are so easy to follow. It has a full flavour which gave me an energy boost and a great feeling of well being. I am very happy with this tea. It came very promptly through the post and was well packaged. I received this product at a reduced rate in exchange for an honest review.

This product is absolutely gorgeous. I have used it with boiling water, topped up with milk just like you would make normal tea, but I have also used warmed milk and stirred a spoonful in - and that is sublime. Totally delicious!!! Obviously depending on how many sugars you usually have you may want more sugar adding - but to be honest it is sweet enough. And the flavours are stunning - you can really taste the cinnamon and spices. I really didn't expect it to be so good. I got this box at a promotional price, but believe me I will be back for more - its truly gorgeous.
