Top Quality Thule Canyon XT!
I purchased this Thule Canyon XT for my MINI JCW to increase its carrying capacity and its been such a worthwhile decision. Not only did Amazon promptly deliver it, it was straightforward to install and can carry up to 75Kg. It also looks rather cool too, with a number of young people making comment on how they like it. Disappointed with my purchase.
Parts missing from this item. Very disappointing considering the price of the item.

Bolts missing. Thule won't send them. Can't finish the build. Don't buy.
Bought the rack, feet and bars. Spent over £500 on Thule stuff to get a rack on my car. 8 bolts are missing meaning I can't complete the built. Thule won't send me the bolts, Amazon want me to return the whole product. I'd have to disassemble and repack it all. Hours of work. All for 8 bolts.
