Allows conversion to small gas canisters
Downsized the motor home- don’t really have the room for a big gas bottle- so altered the pipes on my cadac so I can now take a small canister- well happy with this as a solution ( don’t enemies need a spammer- so quick to remove if needed.

Should have been made for twin cartridges. OK up to about 1500 watts.
It's good that this has been made, but it is no substitute for a large refillable container if you need more than about 1500 watts. The maximum continuous gas offtake of a single EN417 cartridge is probably about 650 watts and this is why Campingaz have attempted to use a twin cartridge assembly for their 4500 watts Fargo twin pack grill. Campingaz previously attempted a single cartridge regulator when they brought out their "Solo" regulator for the CV470 cartridge. It was designed for the 4400 watt Lagon stove and was a failure. The single CV470 could not liquify the gas fast enough to power the stove. I am thinking of buying a second Cadac regulator and joining the low pressure side with a "Y" connector, but am concerned about flaring caused by the cartridges falling over with the heavy hose assembly. The regulator is made even more heavy by a large in-line switch connected in series. Will fit directly on to Campingaz Camp Kitchen stopgas stove. PS Now a twin cartridge version is available from Cadac, either with or without an enclosure. The Powerpak overcomes some of the limitations of using disposable cartridges.

Arrived quickly, attached to gas cartridge and cadac chef 2... happy...
We order this as we had a number of the smaller gas cartridges lying around (as we had a jet boil) and a cadac chef 2 without a gas bottle – it arrived quickly (especially given the we were in the run up to Christmas) – attached to the gas cartridges and the cadac chef 2 without any issue – very happy with it. I was not really expecting it all just to work as I did not think the description was very clear as to what it would fit… but it did.

Introvabile altrove
