One of the best building block kits I have purchased. Clear instructions, pieces fit together tight, just as good as any lego set I brought.

Nice set, fun to construct but VERY meticulous and detailed. Not for the faint of heart use to easier Lego builds. Many different parts and connectors - many look very similar to others, so you must follow the directions very carefully. Especially the angled connectors. This can be frustrating if you are trying to build quickly, but it’s all part of the fun.Overall nice looking and highly detailed. I’ve includedPhotos to show size relative to other Lego sets like the AT-AT And Mandalorian transport. Even with the blades in the folded position, you will need someGood Shelf storage space or hang it up. I do wish the cockpit had a clear windshield and a pilot figure included.The box says 6+ but honestly, unless your child is very STEM and detail oriented, I should say the proper age is +10 minimum. It will take several days, even with advanced builders. And I recommend separating all the parts in the beginning, using separate small dishes or ziplock bags. It will save you time and frustration during construction if you do this. The set pieces are NOT separated in different numbered bags like Lego sets, which is helpful for more complicated sets. In fact, there is no logic to the way the pieces grouped and packaged. This can be part of the fun overall, but be warned… this is another reason I recommend +10 years of age. This is an advanced build and will let take 2-3 days minimum unless you do it completely uninterrupted in one sitting.The connectors make it stronger and more stable than typical Lego sets, but you still have to take caution when playing or moving it.I recommend this set for children 10-12 years old or anyone that loves complex sci fi builds. I really hope they make more ships like this in a series -Even smaller sets would be nice.

Was a really good set. Wasn't label with numbers on bags. But was worth the build. Turned out great and had extra pcs.

As far as the pieces and the instructions, this is a very nice set. Pieces fit well and the instructions are pretty good and easy to follow. The only big difference is that the bags are organized by the type of pieces and not by the order you need them. Basically, you have to open all the bags at once and hunt for the piece you are looking for. We put them in several small containers to help organize them. Most parts that are duplicative were easy to find, but some of the more unique smaller pieces, were like finding a needle in a haystack. You definitely need more patience with this set than with Legos. As you progress, it does get easier to find the pieces you need since there’s less of them. You also put the stickers on at the end of the build instead of being part of the steps, unless I was reading the instructions incorrectly.It says it is for ages 6+, but the young ones will definitely need help and guidance. I left my 7-year-old to build it himself and only a few times need help attaching pieces. In the beginning he needed help finding some pieces but later did not need that kind of help. He got some of the dark gray pieces mixed up with the light gray pieces but it all still fit and worked. Overall, this is a nice sturdy build you can play with after being built. It comes with a carboard stand you put together and the plane sits nicely on it.

Really had fun building this kit. I'm not to much into the technique type builds but this one looked fun. Turned out to be a nice build. All the parts were there, no surprises in the build, pretty straight forward. Had quit a bit of extra pieces. Finished ship is really nice. The rotors go up and down through a gear system, spin a little gear on the bottom and they go up and down. It's sturdy too, kids played with it and nothing fell off or came apart. Comes with nice stickers and easy to follow color instructions. All in all nice build.

It looks great when finished and has a large size.Wasn't hard to build but does have some small parts as expected.

Purchased this to build with my son for a weekend activity. He likes it and had fun building it. Directions were straight forward and easy to follow and no pieces were missing

My boys have loved putting together this set. It's taken a bit of time, but it's been enjoyable. The pieces fit together well, and the directions are pretty comprehensive. Two thumbs up!
