Worked out well to keep the window unit from dripping on my porch cause we always drill a hole to allow the water to escape but I hated it dripping on my porch so this was an easy fix for me.

The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love the concept because I want to catch some rainwater because let’s face it. The fluoride in our water is not like rainwater. I can water my flowers every day and they’re OK. I can sit them out and a 10 minute shower and they look like I’ve put some kind of amazing miracle grow all over it But and it’s a big butt it won’t hook up. I’m gonna either have to zip tie it or shoot a screw in it really ticks me off so for that I’m going to give it a three we actually had a rain shot yesterday and if I had a thought about a zip tie earlier, I’ve tried it out and gave a True review.I don’t even think a zip test is gonna work. I think I’m about to shoot a screw in it.

Good product for low flow situations; the parts fit together without the need of additional taping or connectors if you do the installation carefully. The corrugated pipe also fits standard 2inch barbed connectors/couplers. The slim profile is a plus if you don't plan to bury the unit. It seems sturdy and the price is right.

I’m giving it 4 stars for now. I have it set up under an area of our gutter that overflows and then runs under the house. Attaching the hose to the base was a struggle but I figured it out after reading the instructions a few times. Haha! You have to be persistent. I tested it for leaking in the house before I took it outside. Between house and yard it came apart but it didn’t leak or drip. 5 stars for that. Hooking the hose back up wasn’t hard either. Evidently I figured out the trick to getting it attached. 5 stars for me! It’s going to start raining again, Pacific NW, tomorrow so we’ll see what happens. I’m a little excited to see. I’ll update either way. If it doesn’t work, I’ll clean it up and send it back but I’m fairly certain it’ll kick butt on the rain.

The installation was straightforward, and after 24 hours it is working well with the AC drip. I am waiting for rainfall to evaluate its performance under those conditions. My only suggestion would be to include a mesh insert for the basin, as that would further improve functionality.

My yard was washing out under my down spouts and this has completely stopped that! Installation was a bit of a pain due to having to dig holes to bury everything but once it was in it looked and functioned great!

Utter garbage that will go in a landfill. The pipe was not the correct size for the basin. Basin is very small. Glad I got a refund from Amazon, not happy that I threw it right in the trash.
