The performance is great but the added taste is deal breaker. Quite good for the price used to be lot cheaper before the huge fitness scene. I simply take a spoon around 3 gms without any water and has no side effects for me, in some rare cases people say this thins our hair but that might be the DHT. Price and taste are the barriers for me.

I am on the 4th container right now, I alternate between this and NAKPRO based on price. A bit too sweet for 500 ml of water. 700ml + it's perfect. Mixes very quickly and better flavour than Sex on the beach
